How do I get software I have purchased on a new system?

Q. I am getting a new laptop today, however, this laptop has some software I bought on here.

These are: Sony Vegas 9, Adobe Photoshop CS5 and some others.

How do I download these programs on a new laptop without purchasing it again?
I purchased these via digital download, so I have no discs.

A. Uninstall these applications from your old laptop and install them on your new laptop from the original installation discs, that is all there is to it. If the license code fails to authenticate for a certain application, simply contact the support desk of the relevant software manufacturer and they will help you with the activation free of charge.

Is ther a live free on line scanner site where I can input a freqency number and listen to police calls.?
Q. Is there a live free on line scanner site where I can input a frequency number and listen to police calls.

Or can my Compaq Laptop scan local radio frequencies or is there a free download that makes your computer a scanner?

A. Do you even understand how scanners work? I don't think so.

The scanner that sits on your desk, has an antenna that picks up LOCAL BROADCASTS... broadcasts that are within actual physical range of the scanner itself. How would a website be able to provide that?

How would a download add a radio tuner to your computer? How would software add the physical hardware to your computer? Again, I don't think you understand anything about police band scanners.

Just buy one. The answer to your question is No. There is no website. There is no software.

Is it illegal to download films, music and software from a free sharing website?
Q. I know a lot of my friends and people around download more than 2GB includes films, movie and software everyday from many foreign sites which are considered as sharing sites. They've downloaded this way more than 5 years and nothing happens to them. But is it different if they live in foreign countries and I live in USA?

A. *head desk* Really?

  1. 1 in 5 pieces of software in the US are unlicensed. Be part of the anti-piracy solution. Report software piracy now. http://bit.ly/ZKMTRl
