3) You may have a hard time learning the technicalities of a new operating system and it may take a bit of technical know-how and patience to solve the problems.

Q. Is there a person behind that listens to what you say and presses a button to make an automated voice response or something? How does it work? Especially when you are reciting numbers or saying actual phrases?
A. thousands of calls have been recorded. voices analysed. sounds associated with letters. same as voice recognition software. a computer "listens" to what you say, compares that to all the "sounds" it "knows" and selects what it thinks you're saying. a telecommunications company here uses it to get to their help desk. pain in the a55. i end up saying "my f*ing phone's f*cked you f*cking sh*t" "thankyou your call will be directed to customer service shortly"
