Q. I am the creator of a reading software program. I am looking to add interesting and informative content to the program. I am wondering if; a.) I can use Wikipedia articles, or excerpts from Wikipedia articles. b.) If so, what are the restrictions and limits of using these articles?

Edit: The reliability of the information is not top priority, the program focuses on comprehension.
Could I cite each article on a separate page (works cited page) or would the citations need to go with the article? Having to link or put the citations on each individual page as it is shown would not only hamper the program, and the purpose of it, but would be difficult to implement at this point.

A. You can use all content from Wikipedia commercially except Fair Use images as long as you credit Wikipedia by providing a link to original article. You must also state that the text is under GFDL and perhaps include a link to http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html
