is microsoft outlook for managing many different email accounts?
Q. i have a mac by the way and if u disagree....any suggestion?
and im trying to link emails from mail.com

A. You just add the other mailboxes to your outlook profile. There are some good directions here http://www.vlerick.com/helpdesk/our_services/faq/software_solution/microsoft/outlook/faq_additional_mailbox.html.

I do this for a service account I manage.

Note though that all rules, etc., are based on your primary account. For example if you want an out of office it will only work for your primary account.

If you need these features for the other mailboxes you will have to set them up with their own profile and select the profile you want to load at the time.

Note: you can do both. Have all your mailboxes tied into your primary profile and use other profiles for managing rules and OOO for the others.
