How can I delete a virus manually?

Q. I have one of those fake FBI lockdown viruses and I don't have money for an antivirus software right now. I have scanned with SpyHunter but the files are in a directory I can't access (assuming that's the nature of the beast), and have also found two folders that I can't access despite being an administrator. However, I have heard that the files I found myself may be just prefference files. I assumed they were corrupted because I could not open them and their names are random letters and symbols. I need a way to get rid of this virus, so can anybody help me out?

Running on a Vista laptop in safe mode with networking.
Killbox could not delete the folders.
Killbox could not delete the folders.

A. I take it your in safe mode with networking. Lucky there as this reventon ransomware normally blocks that also.

!st. SpyHunter is utter Garbage, Scamware. WIll not fix anything unless you pay for it and then has a very limited database

NOTE: Your web browser will open to the correct page and proceed to download Chameleon

Malwarebytes Chameleon technologies get Malwarebytes Anti-Malware installed and running when blocked by malicious programs.

When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
If it asks for a Restart DO SO, Very Important
Start in Normal Windows mode and do another Quick Scan to finish the removal

What is the reason for 2 anti-virus' software not detecting a Trojan that was detected by Malwarebytes?
Q. is it a false positive ?

but please note that Mawarebytes detected it as a Trojan! while avg and avast did not detect the Trojan
the anti-viruses are always up-to-date btw

A. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is not meant to be a replacement for antivirus software. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a complementary but essential program which detects and removes zero-day malware and âMalware in the Wildâ. This includes malicious programs and files, such as viruses, worms, trojans, rootkits, dialers, spyware, and rogue applications that many antivirus programs do not detect or cannot fully remove. It is important to note that Malwarebytes Anti-Malware works well and should run alongside antivirus software without conflicts.

What do you need to run a web server or a website of your computer?
Q. I want to know what you need to run a web server or website off of a computer and how to set one up. I don't wnat anything extreme just a basic web or website (I don't know proper terminology) server.

A. Any computer, add more hard drives for space,
server software, and max out the RAM that the motherboard will support!

If you talk performance, it is still the same things just more of it.

Better server = larger case that supports over eight hard drives, motherboard that supports dual/quad/2 or 4 CPUs. Redundant power supply. Cooling fans to keep inside of case cool.

Your software: Operating System = Server Software, Web creation software, application software, router, two network cards, Back up server - so, where do you want to go, it is up to your pocket book.
