Why doesnt my comp start up? i think it may be heat issues or maybe power issues.?

Q. My computer used to work just fine. All i did was restart it cause i had installed a new game. Now it wont start up. when i click the on button. everything seems to start up when. except the lights on the wireless mouse and keyboard do not work. the monitor will not start up either. The light just blinks and the monitor never starts up. also the fan on the chipset is broken. might it be overheating? do ya think its not working? any help would be helpful!!

A. You should replace the fan! Then start your system and let it sit over time, even two hours is not to much. Sometimes it takes windows that time and more to redo program addressing.

A badly fragmented drive with little or no space will add to the difficulties.
